And to tell you the truth, the sketch of this was originally going to be Klavier from Apollo Justice, but as I colored him, he became too manly to be that sissy Klavier, so I turned him into Nero. |D Teehee.

I used Photoshop Elements 5.0. It was the program that came with my tablet. Haha. XD

I'm not exactly sure how long it took, but it felt like FOREVERRR since I haven't had much coloring practice lately so I had to redo a lot. I'd say it was around 3-4 hours.
